Hiring clothes for the first time can be a bit confusing, but it doesn't have to be! In this section, we’ll simplify the process for you.

To book your outfit, head over to @hirehp on instagram and send a DM.

In your DM, please include what outfits you have selected, alongside your event date and whether you require postage or local pickup.

Local pickup- Free

Return express postage- $29

All payments are made via bank transfer or cash on collection.

Booking advanced hires requires a non-refundable deposit.

Your outfit will be ready for collection/shipping the week of your event. HireHP will contact you as your booking is approaching with more details.

What is Return-express postage?

Return-express postage is the only option for postage.

It includes express postage to you and a prepaid return satchel to return your hire.

When will my hire be shipped?

If you have booked your hire for a Saturday/Sunday, your hire will be shipped between Monday-Wednesday the week of. Depending on Australia Post, hires in VIC arrive the following business day and interstate arrive in 2-3 days.

Does shipping have to be express?

Yes. All hires must be sent with express shipping as this is the only reliable shipping method to ensure outfits arrive in time.

How do I track my hire?

All hires are sent using Australia Post. To track your hire, copy and paste the provided tracking number into the Australia Post website.

My hire has been delayed. What now?

In the unfortunate circumstance that Australia Post delays your hire and misses your booking date, you will be entitled to a credit valued at the original hire price (postage not included).

How do I return my hire?

If you have selected return-express shipping, simply place your outfit in the return satchel included in your hire and drop it at your local post office. Do not put in a street post box.

If you have hired locally, please drop your hire back at the designated address.

When do I have to return my hire?

All hires MUST be returned the following business day (Monday for weekend hires). Please get in touch if there are any delays.

Lost your return satchel?

If you have misplaced your return satchel, please get in touch. You will be sent a shipping label to scan at the post office in replacement.

Do I clean the outfit before returning?

No. Please do not attempt to clean your outfit before returning. All hires are cleaned upon return.

Can I receive a discount?

The only discount HireHP currently offers is $10 off your next hire for a tag in your post. Only valid on main feed posts and must still be up at the time of the next hire.

Do you stock more sizes?

As of right now, HireHP tends to cater to sizes 4-8. A lot of our pieces are versatile in terms of fit and can fit a variety of sizes. We are always interested in expanding our range so please get in touch with any desired sizes.
